London, 2029.

Alice, Simon and Kendall, are in a military lab where tests are being conducted on a groundbreaking technology designed to help deal with human trauma.

Simon is a young, severely injured, queer ex-soldier, who has unresolved feelings for his lieutenant.

Alice is a retired architect, who tragically lost her husband and son.

Kendall is a London ‘city boy’, going through a humiliating divorce.

They each hope the new technology will help them escape their pain, at least temporarily. But….maybe they learn that the solution lies somewhere else.
